Second District Cops For Kids Fishing Outing Added on August 1, 2015 Members of the Second District, in company with Director of Public Safety Michael McGrath and Ward 15 Councilman Matt Zone, took a group of 35 kids from the near west side Boys and Girls Club on a fishing charter on Lake Erie.
