Talking Community Policing with Officers from Across Ohio

A group photo of the attendees at the University Circle Police Department's Community Policing and Youth Outreach Think Tank

I was honored to speak yesterday at the University Circle Police Department’s Think Tank on Community Policing and Youth Outreach. The officers in attendance came from as far as Marion, Ohio, and included our own CPD Heroes in Blue.

I spoke about the success of our Mini-Station program from years ago, focusing on building trust, youth engagement, and effective outreach strategies.

Thank you to my good friend, UCPD Chief Tom Wetzel, for inviting me to speak to this outstanding group of officers.
