It was all bubbles and smiles as Cleveland’s Third District officers spent a memorable day with the children at University Hospital’s Rainbow, Babies and Children. Bubble Day, as it came to be known, was a success, reinforcing the bond between our local police and the community’s youngest members. It was a joyous day filled with fun and laughter, proving that sometimes, all you need is a little more bubbles!
