As freezing temperatures hit, officers from the Cleveland Police Second District and the Bureau of Community Relations worked to help those in need. With support from the Cleveland Police Foundation, they handed out hot meals at warming centers and to people on the streets.
The effort brought food and comfort to many in the Second District and around Cleveland, offering relief during a tough winter cold snap.
