The Cleveland Police Foundation will implement “cultural transformation” in each of the five Cleveland Police Districts. The successful pilot program in District 4 improved internal relationships and operations and helped police officers be more empathetic and culturally responsive to the communities they serve.
Initiatives like the Foundation’s successful “Safety Career Pipeline Program” engages high school students in underserved areas to equipment them with the skill sets to prepare them for future careers in public safety.
