First District Receives Spinning Bike for Their Gym

The Cleveland Division of Police First District took delivery of a  Schwinn Spinning Bike early this month that was donated by The Cleveland Police Foundation. It was the second such donation by The Cleveland Police Foundation as a treadmill was donated late last year. First district officer Mark Williams assisted with the delivery, and stated to Bob Guttu, the Community Partnership Coordinator with the Foundation, ” Thank you  to The Cleveland Police Foundation from the officers of the first district for the equipment, and helping to update our gym.

The Cleveland Police Foundation is the official charity for the Cleveland Division of Police and the only organization authorized to solicit charitable contributions on its behalf.

We provide funding for youth and community outreach programs, community policing and engagement initiatives, safety & crime prevention programs, and support the members of the Cleveland Division of Police to help them better perform their duties. Contributions to the CPF are tax deductible under section 501 (c)(3) of the IRS Code.
