Jiji and the Fifth District at Pi Day

On Friday, March 14, students at Euclid Park PreK–8 School celebrated Pi Day with fun math activities and a special visit from JiJi the Penguin, the well-known mascot from their classroom learning program.

Fifth District Patrol Officers Harris and Yuhas joined in the excitement, taking part in the celebration and helping connect learning with fun. One officer even suited up as JiJi, bringing big smiles and energy to the school’s hallway celebration.

The event offered a playful and positive opportunity for students to engage with both math and their local officers—bridging community and classroom in a meaningful way.
