CPF and 5th District Officers Donate to Local Foundation.

The Cleveland Police Foundation and 5th District officers partnered up to donate new clothing and food to the Joseph House Community Assistance Store. Joseph House provides assistance to those in need in the community, including many refugee families. A big thanks to Lt. Lentz from the 5th District for coordinating this effort!

The Cleveland Police Foundation is the official charity for the Cleveland Division of Police and the only organization authorized to solicit charitable contributions on its behalf.

We provide funding for youth and community outreach programs, community policing and engagement initiatives, safety & crime prevention programs, and support the members of the Cleveland Division of Police to help them better perform their duties. Contributions to the CPF are tax deductible under section 501 (c)(3) of the IRS Code.

The Cleveland Police Foundation funds youth and community outreach programs, community policing initiatives, crime prevention and safety programs, police charities, support for the members of the Division of Police to help them better perform their duties, investment in advanced education and training, and funding for specialized equipment and technology.
