Captain Keith Sulzer, Cleveland Police Foundation Liaison Officer and Community Policer supreme, was asked to do a safety presentation for the West Park YMCA seniors.
But upon his arrival, he found that it was all a ruse!!
Instead, a surprise retirement party was bestowed upon the captain by the Y staff and summer school program!!
