Last year the Tokmenko Family fell victim to a Christmas burglar who stole all of their Christmas presents. The 1st District Detective Bureau reached out to the Cleveland Police Foundation for help. The Foundation, 1st District officers, and the Doyle/Sponseller/Gottschalk families all got together and made Christmas a little brighter for the family. Scott Tokmenko and his wife vowed that they would give back this year to a needy family. Here is Scott making good on his promise, donating $200 in gift cards and a bag of presents to the Cleveland Police Foundation for needy families.
