All eyes are on Cleveland this week during the Republican National Convention. Given concerns about security, the Cleveland Police Department is the focus of attention, especially after the police shooting of Tamir Rice in 2014 and a Department of Justice review last year that found the department has displayed a pattern of excessive use of force.
