On May 17th, the First District received a visit from a distinguished guest: Cleveland Browns’ Head Coach, Kevin Stefanski. During his visit, Stefanski addressed the roll call, sharing a potent quote from Lou Holtz, “The way you motivate a football team is to eliminate the unmotivated ones.”

This statement resonated deeply, underscoring the commitment and determination consistently shown by the First District officers. These are the ones who work extended tours of duty to ensure our streets remain safe. These are the officers who promptly answer every call for service. They stand as the heroes of our great city.

The day served as a heartfelt recognition of these officers’ dedication and continued service to our community. Coach Stefanski’s visit was a testament to their efforts, highlighting the respect and appreciation the community holds for them.
