Cleveland Police Foundation at the City Club Luncheon Series

Detective Chris Gibbons, Dick Clough, Detective Mike Williams, Commander Brandon Kutz, and Sergeant Kyle Freeman

The Cleveland Police Foundation was proud to be sponsor of the City club’s November 4th luncheon series, featuring a presentation about the successful Cultural Transformation initiative underway in the Division of Police’s 4th District.

Board Chair Dick Clough provided the audience with an overview of The Foundation and its roles in supporting the initiative. In attendance from the 4th District with Clough were Detective Chris Gibbons, Detective Mike Williams, Commander Brandon Kutz, and Sergeant Kyle Freeman. Commander Kutz and Detective Gibbons were part of the presenting panel to an audience of 150.

The hope is that the Cultural Transformation initiative, which is designed to position officers as guardians of the community rather than warriors, will be rolled out city-wide across all five police districts.
