West Park Discovery World Visits the Second District

13935139_642537212578181_6392407177984405297_nThe summer campers at West Park Discovery World visited the Cleveland Police 2nd District on August 10th. Officers from the 2nd District, Community Policing, and the K-9 Unit joined the Cleveland Police Foundation and gave the kids a tour of the building and jail, talked about safety, and answered some very interesting questions from these very inquisitive children. The kids were given coloring books, crayons, badges, stickers, and child identification kits for their trip back to camp. A big thanks to Ms Urban for allowing CPD to hang out with these great kids!! Thank you also to Officers Anna Mercado, Pat Gallagher, Dwayne Borders, Laura Soeder, Melissa Marquardt, and Officer Bob Taylor and his K-9 partner Roku!!
