Season of Giving

Cleveland Police Foundation

Dear Secret Santa:

Hope you and [your wife] enjoyed yesterday’s event and survived riding along w/Officer Jeff & Sergeant Neil. They’re great guys and I was glad to hear that they were eager to volunteer.

They, along w/more officers than I can mention were totally energized by what you generosity produced. The resulting good karma is immeasurable, but I can assure you it had great impact.

The media coverage was extensive, but the positive feedback even more so. We’re requesting that the officers provide some stories about their experiences so they can be chronicled in our annual journal and social media.

Based on the calls I’ve received, the people I’ve talked with and the posts on the Cleveland Police Foundation’s Facebook page, the day was a huge success!!!

Without empirical data, I can assure that your generosity had a most positive impact in the community and the Division of Police, and energized both citizens and rank and file members of the Cleveland Division of Police alike!

Our sincere thanks for helping to make Cleveland’s Holiday Season that much brighter for its citizens in need and our officers; and helping to lift morale for the CPD … an added bonus!

On behalf of the Cleveland Police Foundation and all involved with this great event, I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and Joyous Holiday Season.

Chas.

Dear Captain Sulzer:

I was thrilled to receive your generous gift card. It was so thoughtful of you to think of our family at Christmas time. My kids really appreciate the toys and the tickets to see the Monsters game; you can’t imagine all the joy you’ve brought to them.

I have been suffering financial difficulties these past three months due to my mother’s medical bills in my country and your generosity was a blessing to my family.

Thanks to the police officers D. Borders #1780, R. Rodriguez #1146 and M. Fore #883 for taking their time to deliver joy to my family.

Thank you once again for the gifts and your kind thoughts. They are most appreciated.

God bless you always!

The Morales Family
