Partnership begins to bring “Little Free Libraries” to the City of Cleveland

Little Free Libraries is a program in which these unique libraries are placed in unique locations throughout an area encouraging literacy and promoting access to literature. Children are encouraged to read or take a book, then bring it back or replace it with another book that they have enjoyed. This would truly be a community project that would encourage communication between our police and the community they serve, most importantly our children.
