First District Memorial Honors Three Officers Who Died in LOD

On September 4 the Cleveland Police First District officially dedicated a memorial to honor three Cleveland Police Officers who died in the line of duty protecting our city: Officer Robert Clark, Officer A.J. Schroeder and Officer David Fahey. In attendance were the family of these officers. We are grateful to Mayor Justin M. Bibb, Director Drummond, and Councilman Kazy who attended the ceremony.

A special acknowledgment to Officers Kerry Adams, William Adams, JR Bellomy and Juan DeJesus who worked tirelessly to make this memorial a reality. We also would like to thank Councilman Kelly and the Ganim Company for their support and dedication to honoring these officers. Last, but not least, a special thank you to a young girl named Dana, who raised money to buy the benches for this memorial.
