Congratulations to Pipeline Students!

The 2020 Public Safety Career Pipeline Summer Program held their graduation get-together on Friday, July 31st!

In spite of all of the challenges presented by COVID-19, the students persevered.  This year, they tackled the area of public health.  As each student addressed one social determinant of health, they researched and developed some solutions to the problems that they identified.

As another part of the program, every student was enrolled in a Microsoft Office PowerPoint Certification course.  To apply the knowledge gained, they were required to create their health presentation in PowerPoint.

The students focused on various topics.  These ranged from formulating their future plans and creating a group-painted mural, to studying financial management, the justice system and human relationships.

Congratulations to all!
