The Fifth District community came together in full force this Halloween, and the results were nothing short of spectacular! The rain held off, and the festivities went on without a hitch, creating a memorable day for all. Thank you to everyone who participated and made the event a success. In addition to the Halloween celebrations, Cleveland Police Districts 3 and 5 joined forces to connect with residents over coffee at McDonald’s. This collaborative event was a fantastic opportunity for officers and community members to engage in meaningful conversations in a relaxed setting.
