Cleveland Police and Fire Team Up in Detroit to Compete in the Law Enforcement Midwest Championships

11053278_453022504862987_2619602420196164345_nCleveland Fire and Cleveland Police joined up to travel to Detroit and compete in charity basketball and tug of war contests against other law enforcement and first responder organizations in the Midwest, for the Law Enforcement Midwest Championships. CPF/CPD basketball finished in 2nd place. The tug of war team won the championship beating Detroit Fire and Wayne County Sheriffs, then defeating Toledo Fire in the finals on the floor of The Palace at Auburn Hills during the Pistons/Celtics game. Thank you to all participants and First Responders for Fitness for hosting the event.
