Bob Guttu Joins UCPD-Led Think Tank on Innovation in Policing

Earlier this month, Bob Guttu, the Cleveland Police Foundation’s Community Outreach Coordinator, was invited to present at a regional police think tank hosted by University Circle Police Department Chief Tom Wetzel.

The event brought together officers from various departments to share ideas and approaches to pressing issues in modern policing. Bob thanked Chief Wetzel for the opportunity to be part of the discussion, which included a strong group of engaged participants.

These regional think tanks provide space for officers and agencies to exchange perspectives on topics like community policing, officer wellness, and innovation—creating an “idea incubator” for real-world solutions.
