A Letter of Thanks From Officer David Fahey’s Mother, Jacquline, on Behalf of The Enitire Family

Dear Cleveland Police Foundation,

Officer David Fahey

Officer David Fahey

Recently you stopped by our home and hand delivered the proceeds of a fund raiser that was held at the Tilted Kilt restaurant in honor of my son Patrol Officer David J. Fahey Jr. Badge # 2453 of the Cleveland Division of Police who was killed in the line of duty by a hit and run driver on January 24th, 2017.

Please convey our most sincere thanks to those kind people who were thoughtful and caring enough to hold such a very special event in memorial to our most precious son.

The outpouring of sympathy and fraternalism has left us in complete awe. There are indeed good people in this world, more importantly, there are plenty of people in this world who do in fact care very deeply for our police officers and all First Responders.

David was a good man, a devoted son, a great brother, and a terrific uncle to his nephews.
His nephews will have a little brighter future due to the generosity of those who participated
in the fundraiser at the Tilted Kilt restaurant.

Thank You from the bottom of our hearts.

On behalf of the Fahey, Ketterer, and Porter families,

Sincerely,

Jacquline L. Ketterer, Retired Patrol Officer
Olmsted Township Police Department
Cleveland Division of Police
