Cuyahoga County EM-Logo REV 04.09.2013Featured in each edition of  “The Partner” will be articles about awareness and how to prepare for disasters. Larissa Paschyn, Training and Outreach Specialist for the CCOEM said, ” The Cuyahoga County Office of Emergency Management is proud to partner with the Cleveland Police Foundation in encouraging everyone to prepare for emergencies and disasters. By providing information to first responders and the public on disaster preparedness, response and recovery, we can ensure effective emergency management in our community.”

Here’s a suggestion. While Jack Frost keeps his foot on the throttle in delivering our winter weather, one can only dream of the warmer temperatures to come. While spending time indoors and with Spring still a month away, we encourage our readers to make a family emergency plan, familiarize everyone with it, and then take the extra step in making a disaster supply kit for the family.
