Pipes and DrumsCome and support the Pipes and Drums of the Cleveland Police as they present the “Second Annual Badges and Bagpipes” Saturday, March 3 from 7 p.m. to midnight at Mulberry’s on the West Bank of the Flats, 2316 Mulberry Avenue.
