CPF visits the Golden Ciphers Youth Development and Cultural Arts Center.

The Cleveland Police Foundation recently met with Pamela Hubbard and her son Anthony at the Golden Ciphers Youth Development and Cultural Arts Center located at 5704 Broadway. Golden Ciphers is an African American grassroot organization designed to enrich family structures and develop healthier communities and lifestyles. CPF and Golden Ciphers are working on ways to create positive interactions between the police and the community we serve. The Cleveland Police Foundation is the official charity for the Cleveland Division of Police and the only organization authorized to solicit charitable contributions on its behalf.

We provide funding for youth and community outreach programs, community policing and engagement initiatives, safety & crime prevention programs, and support the members of the Cleveland Division of Police to help them better perform their duties.
