Cake and ice cream were on hand to go along with her uniform (complete with hat, cuffs, and radio). After we sang happy birthday, the officers enjoyed cake and ice cream with little Carrie, mom, and grandma. After some last pics and a hug good bye, Carrie promised she would come back and visit,” McEntee wrote in a Facebook post.Birthday2
